Our technology is designed to interact with Publicly Available Information (PAI)—data that can be accessed by any user with a standard web browser without unauthorized intrusion.

Since Argus operates on your instructions:

- Third-Party Rights: You must not use Argus to extract sensitive personal data (SPI), intellectual property, or content behind explicit authentication barriers that you do not have authorization to access.
- Disclaimer: Argus disclaims liability for any disputes arising from your target selection, the volume of your requests, or the methods of extraction. We provide tools to manage request rates, and we encourage responsible usage to minimize impact on target servers.
