Argus provides a general-purpose AI agent platform. We do not own, control, or curate the content on third-party websites. Our agents execute retrieval tasks solely based on the specific instructions, configurations, and URLs provided by you, the User.

2.2 Public Data Access

Our technology is designed to interact with Publicly Available Information (PAI)—data that can be accessed by any user with a standard web browser without unauthorized intrusion.

• We categorize data extraction as a legitimate interest for market research, analysis, and business intelligence.
• We rely on our users to ensure they have the right to access and process the data they target.

2.3 Compliance & Liability

Since Argus operates on your instructions:

• User Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Argus complies with the Terms of Service (ToS) of the target websites and applicable local laws.
• Third-Party Rights: You must not use Argus to extract sensitive personal data (SPI), intellectual property, or content behind explicit authentication barriers that you do not have authorization to access.
• Disclaimer: Argus disclaims liability for any disputes arising from your target selection, the volume of your requests, or the methods of extraction. We provide tools to manage request rates, and we encourage responsible usage to minimize impact on target servers.

3. Data Collection

When you use our services, we collect:

• Account Information: Name, email, and authentication tokens to establish your OS session.
• Usage Telemetry: Technical logs, error rates, and node performance metrics to maintain system stability and optimize your intelligence cluster.
• Input Directives: The URLs, prompts, and configuration settings you provide to direct our AI agents.

4. User Control

You maintain full control over your intelligence data. You may request data deletion or account termination at any time through theSettings Terminal.
