TERMS OF
SERVICE

01.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Argus Intelligence platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Argus provides autonomous AI agents for structured data processing and intelligence gathering.

02.Permitted Use & Restrictions

Argus is a general-purpose tool designed for the processing of Publicly Available Information (PAI). You are responsible for your use of the Service. You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • arrow_forwardAccess data or content that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
  • arrow_forwardInfringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other proprietary rights of any third party.
  • arrow_forwardAccess target websites or services in a manner that exceeds your authorized access or violates explicit legal prohibitions (such as the CFAA).
  • arrow_forwardCause disproportionate load or disruption to target servers that would degrade their service for others.

03.User Responsibilities

You acknowledge and agree that Argus serves as a data processor acting on your instructions. You are solely responsible for:

  • arrow_forwardVerifying that your target URLs and data collection activities comply with the Terms of Service of the target websites.
  • arrow_forwardEnsuring you have the necessary rights or legitimate interests to access and extract the data you request.
  • arrow_forwardManaging your request rates to ensure ethical interaction with target servers.

04.Data Ownership & License

Your Input: You retain all rights to the input parameters (URLs, prompts) you provide.

Output Data: As between you and Argus, you own the structured data output generated by the Service to the extent permitted by law.

Service Data: Argus retains all rights to the underlying software, algorithms, and telemetry data used to provide the Service.

05.Indemnification (Critical)

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Argus Intelligence, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

  • •Your use of and access to the Service;
  • •Your violation of any term of these Terms of Service;
  • •Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or
  • •Any claim that your data extraction caused damage to a third party.

06.Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Argus explicitly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Argus shall not be liable for:

  • •Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
  • •Any loss of profits or revenues;
  • •Any legal actions taken against you by third-party websites resulting from your scraping activities;
  • •Service interruptions due to IP blocking or target website structure changes.

07.Subscription & Payments

Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All payments are processed via Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Argus Intelligence. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the platform settings.
